So before you arrive in Spain we know your needs and will have a portfolio of properties ready for you to view, and once you arrive we will show you the properties we have found for you. When you have decided on your dream Spanish property we will then guide you through the legal formalities.
Sunrise Property will help you with opening a bank account, take you to the police station to arrange for your NIE (Número Identificación de Extranjeros), and introduce you to an English speaking legal representative who will deal with all aspects of your purchase, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
